Food intolerance test

My results were positive! They're sending me out another kit in the post so I can send them another blood sample and that way they can get an accurate reading on what foods/drinks are affecting me.

It's possible that it has no connection to my acne whatsoever but I am intrigued!

Have any of you had a food intolerance that has affected your skin? Did a diet change help clear up your acne?

  1. Greasy oil and dead skin cells make pore-clogged for which toxins can’t go out from our skin and that particular areas, as a result, become the perfect breeding ground for bacterial infection and acne blemishes.
For acne laser treatment therapy combines bi-polar radio frequency (RF) and blue light. This light spectrum and frequency are used to treat specific “target” conditions of the skin to destroy the active bacteria and slowing excessive oil production and active the healing process of pre-existing acne for leaving the skin with better texture.

  2. Hi Natalie, how are you? I had horrendous acne at 23 after I lost my dad - it was on literally every inch of my face and was sore, throbbing, red and made me feel like crap

I've tried everything too over ten years and have had it under control for the past 3 or 4 bar the occasional breakout. I found your blog after googling pumpkin peels as I'm going tomorrow - bizarrely to the same place you did as I'm based in Manchester!

Don't let it get you down! Easier said than done I know! I'd be happy to swap my findings if they'd be of interest?
